  I have an account with your company but do not currently order on-line.  What do I need to do to establish an on-line account?
  Click the link “Don’t have an on-line account?” located below the log-in box.  Fill in information and click submit.  You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours with a user ID and temporary password.  Log-in with this ID and password.

  I want to establish a new account with your company.  What do I need to do?
  Click on the new account setup link located on the bottom of the home page.  Select the appropriate form and print it out.  Once you have completed the form, please fax it back to the number listed on the form and a customer care representative will contact you to setup an account.

  Can I have more than one user tied to my on-line account?
  Yes.  Click on “My Account” located on the top of the homepage.   Then click on “User Listing box” located at the top of the page.  Then click on “Add Account User” to add new members.

  How can I contact your company if I have have questions relating to my account?
  Click on the “Contact Us” link located at the bottom of the homepage.  Please fill in your questions/comments and click the submit button.  A customer care person will contact you to resolve your issue.

  Do you have a feature on your site that allows me to do “quick ordering” instead of having to go to each category?

Yes.  It is called “Quick Click Order” and is located on the top left side of the homepage.  All you have to do is enter the part number and quantity and it will add the part into your shopping cart.  Once you are finished entering your order, click on “Cart” located at the top of the homepage and it will bring your to your shopping cart to complete your order.

  Will I get an e-mail confirmation for my order?
  Yes.  Once you have completed and submitted your order an e-mail confirmation will go to the user’s e-mail confirming the order.  If you have any issues with the order, please contact our customer care team.

  Can I review my order history?
  Yes.  Click on “My Account” located at the top of the homepage. Click on the “Order History”

  Can I use a credit card to pay for my order?
  Yes.  Our company accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.  Please be aware that your entire order, including freight, will be charged at the time of checkout.  There may be times when a product is backordered. You will be billed for the backordered product at the time of checkout and the product will be shipped out when it becomes available.

  Does your website have a “Favorites” section that will allow me to order the “most ordered” items easily?
  Yes.  It is called “Rapid Reorder” and is located at the top on the home page.  The “Rapid Reorder” acts like a customer order pad and keeps a 3-month history of your most frequently ordered product.

  Do you have volume discounts on products?
  Yes.  Volume discounts can be found in our catalog.  Volume discounts are applied to products once they are added to the shopping cart.  Special pricing and discounts such as “Buy X and get one FREE” or “X OFF if you buy multiple products are not always shown on the website.  Special pricing will be taken into account at the time of invoicing.

  What is the best way to search for products I am interested in? 
  We have provided a number of different options for you.  Here are just a few:
  • Navigation bar located on the left side of the pages (this allows you to filter down to the product you are looking for).
  • Search Bar – located at the top of the home page.
  • Electronic Catalog– located at the bottom of the homepage under “Useful Links”.

  Can I view your catalog on-line?
  Yes.  Our catalog features over 200 pages of Smart Optical EyeCare products.  You can click on the catalog image located on the left side of the homepage and you will be able to view the catalog in a pdf format.   We have also developed an interactive electronic catalog that loads quickly.  The electronic catalog is located on the bottom of the homepage under Useful Links.  Click on “Electronic Catalog” and this will bring you to the interactive copy of our catalog.

  Does Wilson Ophthalmic have on-line training videos?
  Yes.  Click on “Educational Tools” located at the bottom of our homepage under Useful Links.

  Can I order products that are listed on your other company sites?
  Yes.  Click on the other site, select the product you want and add it to the cart.

Does your company repair eyeglasses?

  Yes.  Click on the Eyewear Repair Service link located on the bottom of the homepage under Resources.   You will be able to view all our services and rates for eyewear repair.  Also included is an order form to fill out and send in to have your glasses repaired.

  Does your company have social media sites?
  Yes.   “LIKE US” on our Facebook page to keep in the loop on all our new product launches as well as any special promotions!  Visit us on YouTube to view training videos that we developed for our customers to assist in making their job easier!

  How come I can’t open and view pdf files?
  PDF (Portable Document Format) files are created by Adobe Acrobat software and can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have this viewer configured on your computer, you may download it at no cost from Adobe's Web site.
